Jamaican Jerk Sauce


150 grams of Jamaican Jerk Sauce marinade. This amount will season up to 4 kilograms of meat, poultry, fish, seafood or vegetables. Add extra quality sea salt to taste and cook on a barbeque for the smokey flavour. Marinate overnight for best results.
